I really do love me some bananas. I’m not afraid of sugar in fruit and I understand if you are and think I’m insane for eating this, but my body loves these meals. So I’m going to keep eating them when I want to.
Typically every other day I’ll eat a mono meal of bananas for either breakfast or lunch, I probably go through 15-20 a week on average. Bananas are super cheap, easy to work with and full of tons of energy and nutrients my body loves.
I really do go crazy with toppings when I make ice cream, those are all optional. Enjoy as you please – this was my treat on Valentines day <3
Vanilla Chai Nice Cream Love Bowl
(Yields 1 large serving)
Measure and blend everything together in a high-speed blender or food processor.
Serve immediately, or let freeze for an hour to firm up even more.
Top with superfood blend, cubed Squarebars and raw almond butter drizzle.
