Vanilla Bean Chia Pudding

Sweet and satisfying breakfast or snack. Easy to make ahead or on the spot, also travels perfectly in a mason jar! Mix and match fruits and toppings to create your perfect pudding flavor.



  1. Measure and mix everything together till evenly combined.
  2. Leave overnight in the fridge covered. I recommend checking on it about 20 minutes after mixing to give it a good mix again so the chia seeds don’t settle at the bottom.
  3. Remove chia pudding from the fridge and layer with fresh fruit.
  4. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy chilled.
