Instructions

  1. Add cider and spices to a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in syrup until fully dissolved, alternatively you can use any liquid or granulated sugar of choice to sweeten.
  2. Remove from the heat and whisk in orange juice concentrate.
  3. Transfer to a large pitcher or serving bowl, adding the remaining cider. Let it cool down in the fridge until needed.
  4. When ready to serve, add chilled sparkling water and fruit slices. Pour over ice as desired and garnish with a cinnamon stick (optional).

Notes

*You can opt out of using an unsweetened carbonated water for a ginger ale and remove the added syrup.
