  1. Cube your bread into even pieces.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  3. Toss bread cubes with spice as desired.
  4. Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until crispy, tossing as needed.
  6. Once crispy, remove from the oven to cool.
