Today I’m excited to share with you a review on an amazing bottle that the lovely people at Life Factory sent me to review (Thanks Sara!) Before I jump into the review, I’d first like to share a bit of info on the company and their products;
“Lifefactory was born in 2007 when pediatric feeding specialist, Pam Marcus, and integrative designer, Daren Joy, joined together to develop a line of health-minded, design-forward baby bottles. The Company has grown and the product line has expanded but the purity of their original vision remains.”
– Caps are made of
– BPA/BPS-free and phthalate-free
sleeves are made from
– Manufactured in the USA
– Saves money and Earth’s resources
So I put my bottle to the test, I threw it in my purse, took it to the gym, went for a walk and ran errands with it. Overall I’m in love with the design and functionality. It’s durable, easy to hold, very easy to clean and oh so stylish – hello! However, I have two minor gripes – more so personal issues that not everyone would agree on/have but still something to take into consideration.
Since it has a silicone sleeve, stuff might stick to it. It’s a magnet for hair, cat hair to be exact, so getting “messy” is possible. But everything cleans right off, so it’s not a deal breaker for me, just something to keep in mind. I also had a hiccup with the straw cap. The straw was great but using it as intended through the cap it didn’t work for some reason. But Lifefactory quickly reached out to me and sent me a replacement straw cap and a regular flip cap. So A. Everything works great now B. Amazing Customer Service wins me over and really makes me feel like I’m an important customer and C. You just can’t beat that anywhere.
On a scale of 1-5, I’d have to rate this bottle a 4.5. In all fairness it’s about being honest to the flaws it did have upon arrival, BUT I kept it high because it was resolved very quickly and to me I can’t hold a company back if they held true and made it right. So all in all I’d highly recommend this bottle to any and all friends and family. You can’t go wrong implementing more glass into your life to cut down on waste. It’s versatile, light weight and you already know – stylish! I’m obsessed with the color choices and plan on ordering a mint 22 oz. next! 😀
