This is the part where I go on and on about how this year went by too quickly and how crazy it has been.
Can you believe this year is already over?! I’m amazed at how quickly time has gone by, even though I know time isn’t going faster – it’s just being used and I can’t keep up with the days usually.
I’ve been vegan for almost two years, this site has been vegan for almost two years and I’m going to be 25 in just a couple months. All of that blows my mind! I’m honestly happier than I’ve ever been in quite some time. This space has given me what I need to express myself and share my passion in life. I’ve met so many amazing people through sharing my content and built some beautiful bonds with companies I trust 100%
I’m excited to see how this site grows in 2015. I have high hopes it will be an even better year, full of even more creative content.
To remember this year I thought it would be nice to catalog my top recipes. Some of my absolute favorites are listed below as well, I hope you all enjoyed your 2014 and set out to make 2015 even better!

Plant Based On A Budget Challenge | $25 Week Meal Plan
I’m amazed at how popular this post actually was. I never realized how many people assume eating vegan is so expensive and/or have a hard time budgeting their grocery bills.
Next year I’m going to remaster this entire post, offer more options and possibly work on a family of 4 meal plan. Let me know if that would be interesting to any of you. I’d love to even attempt a few specialty vegan meal plans for gluten-free, soy-free and/or even low fat/high carb.
Thank you all for your constant support this year. I’m truly touched by all the love and positivity I’ve received from my loyal readers on here. Lets make 2015 amazing!

hi, so happy to have found your blog this year. one of the best things that happened to me all year. keep going strong 🙂
Hey! Thank you so much, I’m happy you found it too! You’re too sweet, wishing you a very Happy New Year! <3
Yes! I would be interested in a family of 4 meal plan for budget followers. I don’t think it is all that expensive but I don’t tend to plan my meals ahead and it would likely save money if I did since some ingredients would only be partly used for one recipe but I could then use the rest quickly in another recipe to avoid waste. I am more of a seat of the pants cooker and usually choose what I am cooking on the way home or when I get home and am looking thru the pantry and fridge. Thanks for all your hard work – I love your site!
I totally understand, more meal plans have been on my list for sometime now. Hopefully I can create new ones this year.
