Instructions

  1. Measure and blend two containers of Silk Almondmilk Peach yogurt with the soaked cashews and spinach until smooth.

  2. Add in frozen peach slices, rolled oats and vanilla extract, pouring in cashew milk as needed. Until the desired consistency is reached. I used about 3 tbsp. of Silk Cashew Milk.

  3. Once blended, pour evenly into two bowls. Top with additional peach slices, a few blueberries and a sprinkle of coconut flakes to garnish.

  4. Serve immediately with a spoon, enjoy!

Notes

*You can also replace the cashews for tofu or cauliflower.
