It’s now been a total month since I’ve started what I like to call my “journey”, to a happier and healthier me. I feel so accomplished at how far I’ve come already, yet thrilled to what’s lying ahead for me still to come. I’ve increased my daily/weekly exercise as well as my caloric intake appropriately.
Fitness: walking/jogging 5-8 miles weekly, arm/leg/core strength training 3.5-5 hours weekly
Weight lost: 20.3
My goal was to reach 20 pounds my first month. I’m happy I’ve successfully reached it. I’m working hard, eating clean and living a cruelty-free lifestyle. My new goal is to continue onward to lose 10 pounds a month until my desired weight loss goal is reached. More on that later. As well as cut out all processed foods I consume/purchase, replaced by healthy homemade alternatives to everything possible. As well as maintaining a completely vegan lifestyle.
