I’m now at 3 weeks of living a vegan lifestyle, eating clean and exercising on a daily basis. It feels like I’ve been doing this forever, even though my journey has just begun.
My eating/meal planning has become completely routine for me.
My exercising is getting easier so I’m starting to add in new elements. I typically start with jogging/walking a mile as my warmup. Now I’m adding in arms, back and core strength training. So I definitely feel it the day after. Luckily I have tons of energy, so I feel like I need to workout just to deplete it and comfortably fall asleep at night.
I’m still an insomniac, that hasn’t changed one bit. But I’m letting myself sleep at least 8-10 hours or until I feel fully rested, no matter how late or early it is. I’ll throw in all the numbers for my one month progress post, so stay tuned for that if you’re interested in following along.
