Three months baby! The days are just rolling by! 😀 I’m so excited to share my progress for this past month! Okay… I’ll stop with all the exclamations now… I’m just really happy/excited. I’m pretty much squealing like a little girl as I write this hahaha
SO, I’ve increased my workouts to about 4-6 times a week. Just because I truly have nothing better to do in my spare time, aside from cooking, duh…
My workouts average 500 calories burned per hour spent. Overall I’m really happy with what I’ve been doing, fitness wise. Actually, for May I wanted to share that I was “tagged” to do a fitness challenge of running and/or walking 5 miles daily for each and every day in May. Yeah, that’s like an insane amount but I think it’ll really push me to test my own limits and I may surprise myself. In all honesty I’m sure we should be walking that daily, collectively, but I’m going to not count my basic daily steps. Just time allotted to this challenge. Should be interesting, I’ll keep you all posted!
Back to my progress! Fitness is going great, food was a bit iffy for me this month. I had numerous occasions that I got a bit sickly in the tummy due to excess oil in foods (at least that’s what I’m assuming happened) and anything overly processed or fried. So I really limited those key stomach upsetters the best I possibly could. Now I’m eating fresh fruit for breakfast, my main carbs/protein at lunch to fuel me for my evening workout and a lighter dinner. As well as snacks in-between to keep me satisfied. I’ll do a “what I typically eat a day” post at some point. I’m still learning what works best and how to combine it all for optimal digestion.

Calories: 1400-1600 (still)
Fitness: 4-6 times weekly, hour per workout. Walking/jogging/running, core/strength training.
Weightloss: 34 pounds!!! 😀
I’m beyond thrilled I’ve been doing all of this for literally 90 days and I’m at 34 pounds total lost! Plus tons of inches 🙂 my goal is still a massive 100 pounds by Christmas! So wish me a healthy journey because I’m going to freakin’ hit my goal!
