So I thought I’d start a weekly/monthly post on my progress getting healthy going vegan. Nothing super specific or personal, but as a reference for myself to look back on and hopefully inspire any followers I have!
Daily calories: 1350-1600
Fitness: cardio (20 min. 3x a week) (2 miles walked/jogged 2x a week)
Weight lost: 10 pounds
Right now I’m taking 3 supplements/vitamins a day. My energy has doubled (which is now average), my mood is much more positive and my anxiety has significantly decreased. I’m scheduling a blood test for my thyroid next week, so I’m hoping everything goes well. I’ll keep ya posted 🙂
