Wow! Two months already?! yep! I’m so pleased with myself and how far I’ve come in such a short amount of time. This journey is truly unreal for me.

In such a short amount of time I’ve had amazing results, made tons of new friends and found confidence in myself to really succeed. It’s a beautiful thing and I’m loving every minute of it!
I’ve even changed my name on Instagram 🙂 (PlantStrongVegan)!
So on to the results!
Fitness: I was on a trip so 2 weeks of nothing 😐 but I’m back at the gym 4-5 days a week for an hour. Just got my heart rate monitor so I’m tracking calories, food intake and workout durations!
Not as drastic as my first month, but my workouts will increase and I’ll be back on track! 🙂
I’m still super pumped I’ve lost almost 25 pounds in just two months! I know it’ll start dwindling, so I’m prepared for less numbers weekly. But that’s totally fine! Slow and steady, as long as I’m improving that’s all that matters to me.
For the next month I’m going to start doing weight training and building up my muscles more actively. I still like to walk/bike a bit as a warmup though. Hopefully increasing my muscle mass will kick up my fat burning process. I know/understand this all takes lots of time and patience. I’m in this for the long haul 🙂
