Let’s Eat! | Sun-Dried Hemp Seed Dressing + Fall Inspired Salad

September 25, 2014 by Margaret 2 Comments

Did you know dressings are the easiest things to make? I have no idea why I don’t experiment with making more, probably because I don’t ever eat salads… but this salad had me wanting more! So full of bright and vivid colors. Tastes great. Looks great. Awesome!
Give it a go and let me know what some of your favorite salad combos are, especially for the fall time.

(Yields about 1 pint)

HEMP SEED FALL SALAD

1 cup Hemp Seeds
1 1/2 cups Water
1 cup Spinach
1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp Chia Seeds, ground
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Himalayan Pink Salt, to taste

Looks delish! I am definitely guilty of pouring the same stuff over my salads again and again. Thanks for inspiring me to change things up a bit! 🙂 Lucie
