Let me just say, I eat this stuff religiously. Like, I put it on any and everything. I’m talking fries, toast, salads, rice, baked potatoes, you name it! It’s just so good and I’m a sucker for the color of it. Hope you enjoy my take on the classic 🙂
(Yields about 2 1/2 cups)
2 Tomatoes (diced)
1/4 cup Red Onion (diced)
2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
Dash of Vegan Worcestershire
Squeeze of Lemon or Lime Juice & Zest (or both!)
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mash/mix till desired consistency.
Serve fresh with tortilla chips, veggie sticks or spread on toast! Enjoy!
