Coconut Berry Smoothie
(Yields about 2 1/2 cups)
1 Young Coconut (10-12 oz. fresh coconut water)
1 cup Strawberries (frozen)
1 cup Pineapple (frozen)
2 tbsp Pomegranate Juice Powder
Crack open your young coconut carefully and pour the fresh coconut water into your blender.
Add in your frozen fruits, pomegranate powder and blend till smooth.
Pour back into your coconut and serve immediately, enjoy!
