“Two recipes in a row?!” Yup! I’m trying to keep things going with fresh, fun, new ideas for recipes that make food I love to eat and hopefully you’ll love too! I’ve been at a standstill with ideas lately, thus eating the same thing constantly, so I went on Pinterest for some cooking inspiration. I’ve found so many recipes that either aren’t vegan or had too many steps/ingredients in them. I like to keep it as simple as I possibly can. No one wants to spend hours cooking a meal to only have it devoured in minutes, at least not daily. So that’s my goal with these “Let’s Cook!” posts.
Any who, back to the fitters. These are so delicious and easy to make! You can get as creative as you’d like or keep it super simple. I did a basic salt + pepper combo, nothing fancy. But you could grate in some red onion or garlic (or both!) to kick it up in the flavor department 🙂
