Love these when I need a healthy snack, but want to feel like I’m eating something pizza inspired. Dip these in your fav marinara and your good to go! This recipe yields about 20, depending on the size you make them. I use a scoop that’s about 1 1/2 tbs – 2 tbs in size. Makes this a lot faster and consistent!
