Instant Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew



Yield 1 serving



  1. In your serving glass fill half with cold brew, one third if you like it not as strong.
  2. Top with non-dairy milk until light in color and sweeten to taste. Add a tiny splash of vanilla extract as well.
  3. Give it a good stir and fill remaining space with ice, if desired.


I used unsweetened almond milk and a splash of coconut milk for a creamier consistency. Vanilla Bean Paste or fresh Vanilla Beans yield a better flavor if you can get ahold of either one instead. I like to use liquid monk fruit and/or stevia to sweeten my coffee, feel free to use any sugar you prefer. I have a simple syrup recipe here - 1:1 sugar to water or 2:1 coconut sugar to water. Bring to a boil and simmer. Add vanilla beans to make it flavored or leave plain.
