I used unsweetened almond milk and a splash of coconut milk for a creamier consistency. Vanilla Bean Paste or fresh Vanilla Beans yield a better flavor if you can get ahold of either one instead. I like to use liquid monk fruit and/or stevia to sweeten my coffee, feel free to use any sugar you prefer. I have a simple syrup recipe here - 1:1 sugar to water or 2:1 coconut sugar to water. Bring to a boil and simmer. Add vanilla beans to make it flavored or leave plain.
