My love for the Harry Potter series knows no bounds, the moment Plant Crush (Ann) reached out to me for a HP collaboration, I immediately said yes!
For those of you that aren’t up to date on your magic, the Polyjuice Potion is one that’s used to transform yourself into another, temporarily. Part of the “recipe” for this particular potion involves using the hair of the person you wish to transform into – clearly we did not follow that exact formulation and sadly you cannot drink this and become someone else. But you will feel like the best version of you!
Be sure to head on over to Plant Crush’s site for her Felix Felicis recipe! We had so much fun creating both of these potions. Check back soon for even more Harry Potter themed treats!
Polyjuice Potion
Prep
Total
Yield 1 1/2 cups
This smoothie might not contain magical properties, however with the combination of kale, ginger and cacao – you will feel vibrant and that’s pretty magical to me!
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups Non-Dairy Milk, unsweetened
- 3 Bananas, frozen
- 1 cup Kale, lightly packed
- 1/2 inch piece of Ginger (add more or less, to your taste)
- 2 tsp Cacao Powder, cocoa or carob
- 1/2 tsp Spirulina
- Pulp from Felix Felicis juice, optional
Instructions
- Prep ahead your bananas by peeling once ripe (covered in brown spots) and breaking into small chunks. Freeze overnight.
- Measure and blend your ingredients until smooth, adjusting the ginger as desired.
- Pour into your glass of choice and drink immediately, enjoy!
Notes
Sprinkle with ground turmeric for extra magic!

This is great! I am a HUGE HP fan! Perfect timing for Halloween 🙂
Thanks so much! Me too, I’m so happy I finally shared something HP related – I plan on sharing more soon!
This is so fantastic Margaret! I’m so calling my less delicious and ugly smoothies polyjuice potion from now on! You probably already know about this but in case you don’t, you NEED to check out Shiro Cosmetics Marauders, Mugwumps, and Muggles collection. Vegan and cruelty free of course!
Thank you Brittany! Haha, right? It’s perfect! I heard about that through another friend, I need to get some asap though, thanks! 😀
I’ve tried all three diets- veganism, vegetarianism, and a meat diet and I’ve always felt the healthiest with a vegan diet. Eating meat always made my energy levels decline and milk and eggs did the same but to a lesser degree. Plenty of protein can be found in so many natural vegan sources so the myth that vegans don’t get enough protein is wrong too. Keep up your good work.
I can’t stop looking at our posts. haha.
We totally nailed it! This was so much fun; thank you for collabing with me, Maggie!! <3
Me either, thanks again for partnering up with me! We did an awesome job! <3
This collab is so freaking fun!!!
Thanks Natalie, we had a blast with it! 😀
These photos are fantastic!!!! What a FUN collaboration! I love all the little glass vials/bottles…so perfect.
Thank you so much, I’m still buzzing off of how much fun we had creating these. I really want to collaborate more!
