Cocokind | Organic Skincare Review

Cocokind Review

I mentioned a few weeks ago on my Instagram that I started using the Cocokind skincare line. Quite a few of you seemed interested enough and I had a few asking about my opinion on it. So that’s what we’re going to be reviewing today!

Cocokind is a small company that produces organic skincare products based off of virgin coconut oil. All of their ingredients are pure, free of chemicals and stand alone as powerful nutrient sources for the skin. They do not add any preservatives, chemicals or water to any of their products, everything is 100% pure! (which I absolutely adore)

Cocokind also shows support to many beautiful organizations all around the world, despite being a small company – they have huge, compassionate hearts.

Today I’ll be talking about the basic line of skincare products they offer. Starting with the toner (my favorite!) which is pure rosewater. You all know I adore florals, so this is something I am loving in my skincare routine.

I use this after cleansing, just a little pour onto a small cotton pad. It leaves my skin so incredibly soft and super refreshed. I’m honestly addicted to everything this product is about – the scent, overall effectiveness and quality. It really does help with reducing redness.

The facial cleansing oil and repair serum are somewhat similar. They both contain coconut and avocado oil, except the cleansing oil also has tea tree and lavender oil (amazing for soothing/healing ache). While the serum just has rosehip oil.
Now I’ve never used an oil-based cleanser and I was a little weary about it since I do have combination skin – but it has actually done an amazing job at evening out my skin tone/type when paired with the serum. I’ve been using a drop of the serum on my cheeks, forehead and chin after toning. So far it has really made a difference in my overall complexion. My skin is somewhat clear normally, compared to my teenage years – but I’m actually breaking out less since I’ve started using it. I actually had zero hormonal breakouts this month and my skincare was the only thing I changed up. So that says a lot.

I should mention that I eat a pretty clean diet, most of the time (minus those cupcake a couple weeks ago…). So what you’re eating does play a huge role in your skin clarity. However, I do believe that adding in a high-quality, organic skincare routine will only help along the process in maintaining clear skin.

I highly recommend looking into CocoKind if you’re in the market for a new routine. I’m absolutely loving everything so far. I’ll be sure to report back as time progresses, but for now my skin is very happy!

Cocokind was also sweet enough to pass along a promo code for you all if you would like to try anything out. Use the promo code “PLANTSTRONG15” for 15% off any purchase you make.
If you’re feeling lucky, you can head on over to my Instagram and check out the giveaway I’m throwing to win the set of Cocokind products mentioned in this review!

Cocokind contacted me through Instagram and I’m very happy they did. I keep transparency with my readers/followers so I want you all to know when I’m sent something for review. However, please know that if I take the time to share it – that means I 100% stand by the product(s) and my views align with the company I am promoting.

This seemed like a wonderful product and I was ready to purchase each facial item but was very disappointed at checkout to find that it is not available for Canada.

I’m sorry Diane, I’m not sure if Cocokind plans on expanding their shipping – they are a very small business right now. It might not be feasible for them to ship that far yet. I’ll be sure to updated this review if that changes.

I can’t wait to get my order. I have been looking for a new skin care products. I was disappointed however that it would not allow me to use the promo code so I did not get the discount. Hopefully I will enjoy this so much I won’t care.

I hope you enjoy, I still swear by Cocokind – my skin has never looked or felt this good before! I’m so sorry the promo code didn’t work for you, I believe it was only active for a few weeks from when this review went live.

I’ve been using coco kind for a few weeks and it is amazing, much better than some of the expensive brands out there. I absolutely loved it.
