Measure and combine all ingredients in a large bowl, reserving half the nuts to sprinkle on top. Be sure to really mash up those ripe bananas until smooth. You can also use a food processor for that step.
Pour into a 2 quart baking dish, every spreading out evenly and topping with the remainder of the chopped nuts.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Remove and let cool for 5 minutes.
Serve warm, topped with a drizzle of nut or seed butter.
